This is a pure industrial structure which involved design, fabrication and installation of 40m wide x 96m long x 20m high structure with two lines of 30 and 10 tonne E.O.T cranes.
The main challenge was erection timeframe. Site was ready for erection in mid-December of 2024 while the project handover date was slated for 15th February 2025. Erection of 450 tonnes of steelwork, roofing and side cladding sheets, installation of crane rails was to be done within the 8 weeks that had been allocated.
Through meticulous planning, we briefed and assigned multiple teams each with daily targets on their scope of work. Each team was adequately equipped to ensure safe, seamless and timely execution of their work. Eventually, we met our target and structure was ready for installation of E.O.T cranes on the agreed date.

The project entailed design, fabrication and installation of 102m wide x 72m long modern warehouse structure complete with full length saflok roofing and cladding sheets. To maintain ambient environment, both roof and side cladding had special insulation sheets which met functional requirements and aesthetic appeal.
