We have had the opportunity to work with M/s. David Engineering Limited over the past years through a variety of new construction projects in which we have been the Main Contractor.

In the recent past M/s. David Engineering Limited undertook the works of "Canopy and Spire" at Britam Tower at Upper Hill, Nairobi which they completed to our satisfaction.

We are very pleased to recommend the good quality, excellent services and timely completion by David Engineering Kenya Ltd who have completed to our satisfaction the fabrication, supply and erection of steelwork and roofing for our Cianda Mall Project on Ronal Ngala Street.

The project consisted of a 4-Storey Building and roof made entirely as a steel structured building.

We highly recommend them for all your structural steel construction needs.

We contracted David Engineering Limited for the design, supply and  installation of the steel work elements of seventeen  buildings, to the latest British Standards.

This work was part of the design and build contract for Laikipia Airbase Development Phase 2B contracting to the UK Ministry of Defence. David Engineering provided the steel frames and where applicable staircases and cladding systems for the following buildings:

• 10 x accommodation buildings, with floor areas up to 915m² (8 double storey and 2 single storey)
• 1 x Combined Medical and Dental Centre, to British Clinical standards with a floor area of 1,200m².
• 1 x two storey Office Building, floor area of 1,028m².
• 1 x simple storage facility, floor area +300m².
• 3 x large storage facilities with floor areas in the region of 3,000 to 4,500m² each
• 1 x Physical and Recreational Training Centre, floor area in excess of 1,200m²

These works were completed in June 2019.

This is in reference to our project of extension of mezzanine floor structure inside our new factory premises. This project was completed by David Engineering within the agreed time frame to our satisfaction.

We would certainly consider them for any of our future projects.
